The gut instinct is that little voice inside your head that tells you what to do. It’s the first thought that pops into your head when you’re presented with a problem or decision.

And it’s usually the correct one, too.

The gut instinct is also known as intuition. It’s that feeling you get when you just know something, even though you can’t explain how or why you know it. We’ve all experienced it at one time or another.

So how does the gut instinct work? How can we tell the difference between a gut feeling and a regular old feeling? And what are some examples of gut instinct?
